CONSENT FORM FOR THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, LIKENESS, AND WORKS
The purpose of this consent form is for TOOLS INTERNATIONAL Corporation (respectively “we”, “our”, or “us”) to explain our rights and responsibilities regarding ASIAN Design Challenge (respectively “ADC”) for the participants of ADC, and to handle participants’ personal information, likeness and works.
We will use participants’ personal information, likeness and works collected for the following purposes and in the following manner.
We respect the creativity of the participants' works, and the personal information and likeness may not be used for purposes other than those set forth in this consent, as we fully acknowledge the privacy of the participants' personal information and likeness.

Use of Personal Information
We may use your personal information to inform you of ADC in the future. Unless to comply with applicable laws or respond to valid legal procedures, we will not use your personal information for purposes other than those set forth in this consent or disclose your personal information to third parties.

Use of Likeness Rights
We or our affiliated companies may publish photographs or video which may contain your likeness on our official website, social media platforms, or other external materials including but not limited to printed media with minimum necessary modifications. We reserve the right to determine the timing and geographical location of publication.

Use of Works

We or our affiliated companies may publish your works on our official website, social media platforms, or other external materials including but not limited to printed media for publicity purpose. Publication on media will be carried out without your prior consent and any monetary compensation for an indefinite period. We reserve the rights to determine the timing and geographical location of publication and how to indicate your name.

Period of Use

Pertaining to 1, 2, and 3 above, period of use is indefinite. However, you may request us to cease use of your personal information, likeness and works by writing us.
Given this, we will cease to use your personal information, likeness and works within 30 days from receiving the written request. Pertaining to 2, and 3 above, please note that the media that have already been printed, published, or distributed cannot be ceased or collected.

Managers and Methods of Management

We are responsible for the use of your personal information, likeness and works by us and or third parties related to us. Personal information will be stored and managed under strict security measures, including server security settings.

Indemnification of Third-Party Rights

We acknowledge that you have all necessary rights and permissions for personal information, likeness and copyrighted works of third parties or your affiliation to grant the consents and licenses provided herein. We acknowledge that you shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from any third-party claims related to the use of their personal information, likeness, or copyrighted works.
